the final product

the quilty is done!

watson street

so about 4 months ago (give or take... i've really lost track of the time frame here...) we moved.  it wasnt a planned move.  it was the "hey this is your landlord and you need to get out of your apartment" kind of move.  here's the story.

we had mold.
we called in the pro's to check it out.
they reported back to our property management people.
property management people called us and said we needed to stay a night in a hotel while they sort this all out.
that afternoon we check into a hotel, not for the night, but for our 2 week reservation.
home sweet best western for about 10 days.
morning sickness in a hotel sucks.
continental breakfast is sweet.
property management calls us at the hotel.
they say we have to move.
tyson finds us a new apartment!!!
he then proceeds to pack all our stuff, and move it all by himself to the new apt.
tyson = so awesome.
we move.
no more mold.
we love it.
here are the pics!

on my day off from work i...

dropped my computer.

it slipped right off my lap, and onto the floor.  the repair man said he hasn't been able to save any of the files on the hard drive.  stupid dell.

why didn't i back them up when the computer prompted me to like 500 times?!

i have been using tyson's old ibook G4.  it's file-less.  so frustrating.

and, well, i'd add a picture, because as you know, i feel blog entries are just better with something fun to look at, but there are no pictures, because i dropped the stupid computer.

i blame this on weird pregnancy symptom number  8: klutziness.

on a brighter note, the quilt is done!  all i need is my little baby to come snuggle it!

birthday # 27

yesterday was my birthday!  tyson got me tons and tons of awesome flowers (there were so many i had to use 2 vases!!!), we went to santa cruz, walked along the beach, ate yummy burritos (hmm... i might go finish my leftovers now!), and explored downtown. when we got home we had birthday dessert.  my favorite (birth)days are the ones i get to spend with tyson.  it was super fun =)
